There are many elements that go into creating and working spells. Personally, I believe that everything that you put out, including all the energy you put into a spell, comes back to you threefold. Therefore, the risk to yourself is too great to even think about doing anything negative or forceful to anyone else. I hope that you realize that also when you pray or work a spell. I can also tell you from experience that if you put a spell on someone and it works you will probably get a lot more then you bargined for. Plus, if you spell back fires you get the extreme opposite result from what you wanted. So, PLEASE, consider that when you try any spell.

There are also many ingredients that go into a sucessful spell, depending on what is important to you. For some people the day or moon cycle, for others it may be the Elements (ie: Earth, Air, Fire, Water), gods or goddesses, visualization, ect. I've tried to cover as many of these things I could think of. Please feel free to use or improve any of what I've put up here, its not all original, but I'll try to give credit where its due.

Incense
House Purification Incense
1 tablespoon pine needles
1 tablespoon juniper
1 tablespoon cedar
Allow all ingredients to dry and grind together. Burn on selfigniting charcoal

Psychic Energy Incense

1 teaspoon lavender oil

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon sage

Allow all ingredients to dry, grind togrther and burn on selfigniting charcoal.

Food and Brew
Faery Cakes
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup honey, plus extra for drizzling!
1 cup raisins
Heat oven to 350' F. Combine all ingredients and blend well. Drop spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and cook for 10 minutes. Add extra honey on top when done.

Oils
Love Oil
1/2 tablespoon rose oil
1/2 tablespoon honeysuckle oil
1 1/2 tablespoons almond oil
1 1/2 teaspoons musk oil
1-2 drops benzoin tincture
Store in a airtight container
